- Give us YOUR name, stage name & city you're from
- Give us some background information on your submission
- Audio must be in .MP3 format & labeled
- Attach audio to the email OR provide a streaming link (soundcloud, bandcamp, etc.)
- Attach an image of yourself and/or artwork for the submisson
- Send to info@itstonigohard.com with "Toni GoHard: submission" in the subject line.
